TIRAMISU recipe

Ingredients:
200 grams lady finger biscuits
500 grams mascarpone cheese
2 cups espresso coffee
5 egg yolks
2 cups whipping cream
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
cocoa powder
1 cup granulated white sugar
brandy or rum
combine egg yolks and sugar
in the double boiler place in the egg yolks and sugar mixture
cook in a low heat and using wire whisk beat until become
creamy texture (set aside and let it cool down)
fold in egg yolks mixture, whipped cream,mascarpone cheese
(room temperature) mix all until well blended
in a mold pan arrange the ladyfingers biscuits
spread with whipped cream mixture evenly
sprinkled with cocoa powder
assemble one more layer
