Bread Pudding recipe

Ingredients:
450 sliced bread
4 large eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup raisins
1 cup fresh milk
2 cups whipping cream
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp brandy or rum
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
sugar glaze:
5 tbsp confectioner's sugar
2 tsp whipping cream

"Bistek Tagalog"
Bistek is one of very popular and favorite Filipino dish,it is Tagalog version of beef steak, Bistek is very simple and easy to prepare for only few ingredients, give a try how to cook this tasty and delicious Bistek (beef steak) recipe...
Bistek Tagalog recipe
(please watch video below for cooking procedure)
Ingredients:
500 grams thinly sliced beef
1 large onion, sliced in rings
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 - 3 tbsp soy sauce
ground black pepper
1/2 cup water
1-2 tbsp cooking oil
Marinate slices of beef with pepper,
lemon juice and soy sauce for about
1 hr or more
Heat oil in in skillet ans saute garlic
add onions and saute until soft but not limp
Transfer onion slices to a platter
set aside...
Fry beef slices and remaining garlic
in skillet over medium high heat
Fry both sides of beef per side
add remaining sauce and water
Cover and cook until tender
and bistek sauce thicken
Transfer Bistek to a serving plate
scatter sauteed onion rings on top

"Chicken Porridge"
This is my own version how to cook simple and easy rice porridge,a healthy breakfast especially during winter time.Porridge also is best to be eaten on time when losing appetite or not feeling well,and good for a perfect diet and weight loss...
Chicken Porridge recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups rice
150 grams chicken breast
1/2 cup carrots cut into strips
1//2 cup Japanese shiitake mushrooms
(cut into small pieces)
2 cubes soup stock
salt
water
Wash the rice and let stand in water
for about 30 minutes
After 30 minutes bring rice to a boil
Add the pieces of chicken
also add salt and soup stock
Cook for about 15 minutes
After 15 minutes add carrots and mushrooms
cook stirring occasionally to prevent
sticking to the bottom of the cooking pot
cook for another 5 to 10 minutes
Add spinach
(the spinach continue to cook even after
the heat is turned off,so it should be
half cooked only when removed from heat)
Taste and correct seasoning
Now it:s done and ready to serve
