This delicious Ramen is perfect to serve during cold winter season...
Japanese Miso Ramen recipe
(please watch video below for cooking procedure)
Ingredients:
3 packs ramen noodles (good for 3 person)
200 grams ground pork
250 grams Chinese cabbage (cut in squares)
100 grams bean sprouts (toge)
100 grams garlic chives (Japanese nira)
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 cup onion chopped
1/4 of medium size carrot (cut as desired)
3 to 5 tbsp Miso paste
6 cups boiling water
1 tbsp cooking oil
ground black pepper
Toppings (optional)
sliced pork
sliced fish cake (Japanese kamaboko)
sweet kernel corn
In large cooking pot heat oil
Saute garlic, onion and ground pork
Add ground black pepper
Stir until ground pork cooked
Add vegetables stir until vegetables
lightly cooked, add Miso paste
Add boiling water and dissolve miso paste
When Miso completely dissolved
turn off the heat, Set aside
In a boiling water boil the ramen noodles
for 3 minutes
Place in strainer to drain
Transfer the noodles in a Ramen bowl
Pour in with hot miso flavored soup
Top with sliced roast pork, fish cake
and sweet kernel corn
And now hot delicious Ramen is done!
