Mango-Peach Pie recipe

Ingredients:
Filling:
1 1/2 cups ripe cubed mangoes
1 1/2 cups yellow cubed peaches in can
3 - 5 tbsp white sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp corn starch (dissolved in 1 tbsp water)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Crust:
2 cups all purpose flour
50 grams chilled unsalted butter
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp sugar
3 - 5 tbsp cold water
