Fried Chicken recipe
(please watch video below for cooking procedure)
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken (for about 1 kilo)
1 tbsp salt
whole pepper corn
dried bay leaves
sliced onion
water / cooking oil
Side Dish:
french fried potatoes (optional)
lettuce leaves (optional)
In a large cooking pot or casserole
place the chicken and add salt, whole
pepper corn and sliced onion
Add water, cover and cook or lightly boil
for 10 to 15 minutes
Drain the liquid from boiled chicken
before frying
The chicken broth can use to cook
delicious soup, noodles or gravy sauce
Heat cooking oil and fry the chicken
over medium heat, make sure the oil
covered the whole chicken, turn over
the back and both sides of the chicken
on a time to make sure the chicken will
be frying evenly
Remove fried chicken from the oil
Serve with your choice of side dish and sauce
