Roll Cabbage recippe

Ingredients:
1 head large cabbage
500 grams ground pork
10 pieces sliced bacon
1 cup minced onion
1 cup carrot minced
1 cup minced mushrooms
1 medium carrot cut in squares
2 medium potatoes cut in squares
1 head broccoli
2 cubes soup stocks
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp salt for filling(1 tsp for simmering)
2 pieces bay leaves
2 cups canned cut tomatoes
1 cup water
Japanese Kamyo for tying
(Japanese kampyo is a dried gourd strips
can be use as edible ties as decoration
for many different Japanese foods)
Lightly blanch cabbage leaves
in boiling water
Season ground pork with salt and pepper
Add all finely minced vegetables mix well
Then add 2 eggs mix all the ingredients
