1/2 cup unsalted cold butter
very cold water
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1/4 tsp salt
For Filling;
300 grams ground pork
300 grams chicken breas
(boiled and shredded)
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 cup minced onion
1//2 cup diced carrot
1/2 cup sliced sausages
1/2 cup raisins
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
salt and pepper(according to your taste)
1 cubed soup stock
1 tbsp cooking oil
