Pininyahang Manok recipe

1 1/2 cups sliced pineapple
red and yellow bell pepper
1 medium size carrot
minced garlic
chopped onion
sliced tomatoes
ground black pepper
salt
bay leaves
soup stock
fish sauce or patis
water // cooking oil
