Japanese Style Cream Stew recipe
(please watch video below for cooking procedure)
Ingredients:
250 grams chicken breast
3 medium size potatoes
1 medium size carrot
1 cup onion cut into square pieces
minced garlic
chopped onion
ground black pepper
salt
2 cubes soup stock
1 cup sweet whole kernel corn
1 broccoli (half cooked boiled)
hard boiled quail eggs
1 cup whole canned mushrooms
1 cup young corn fresh or canned
1 box cream stew mix
water / cooking oil
Heat oil in a cooking pan
saute garlic, onion and chicken
season with salt and pepper,
stir until change color
Add water and soup stock
Cover and bring to a boil
simmer until chicken is tender
After 10 minutes add potatoes, carrots
and onions
Cover and cook until tender
Add mushrooms, young corn
and sweet whole corn kernel
let it boil for about 2 minutes
add more water or fresh milk
if necessary
Break the cream stew sauce mix into pieces
until sauce thickens
Add hard boiled quail eggs and broccoli
And now a delicious and hot Cream Stew
