"Pork and Bell Pepper with oyster sauce(Chinjao Roast)

Pork and Bell Pepper with oyster sauce is one of very popular in Japan, it is Japanese / Chinese dish called "Chinjao Roast" it very simple and easy to prepare quick and delicious dish consisting of thinly sliced with strips of bell pepper, mushrooms and bamboo shoots and seasoned with oyster sauce and some spices.Give a try to this tasty and delicious dish and ENJOY!

"Lechon Kawali"

Lechon Kawali is one of Filipino's very popular favorite dish made with pork belly,it simmered the pork until tender and deep fried until golden brown and crisp, crunchy skin, moist and juicy, it's crispy outside and juicy inside.

                                                            Igredients:
                                          1 kilo of pork belly
                                          1 cup sliced onion
                                          2 pieces bay leaves
                                          1 tbsp whole pepper corn
                                          2 tbsp salt
                                             cooking oil for frying
                                         Boil pork belly in water with salt
                                         sliced onion,bay leaves and whole pepper
                                         until skin can pinched easily
                                          Remove from fire and drain
                                          Cool and air dry
                                         Deep fat pork in deep sauce pan or kawali
                                         until tiny blisters appear on the skin
                                         Chop into serving with choice of
                                         dipping sauce

"Maja Blanca with Langka (jackfrruit)"

Maja Blanca is one of very poplar and favorite Filipino dessert made with corn starch, corn cream with creamy coconut milk and milk mixtures, very simple and easy to prepare, give a try how to make this creamy delicious dessert, ENJOY!

                                                          Ingredients:
                                          1 cup corn starch
                                          1 cup white sugar
                                          2 cups corn cream
                                          1 can coconut milk
                                          1/2 cup condensed milk
                                          1/2 cup evap milk
                                          1 cup fresh milk
                                          1 cup langka (jackfruit)
                                            (cut into small bits or grind in mixer)
                                          1 tsp vanilla extract
                                             toasted desiccated coconut (for topping)
