Banana Cue recipe(please watch video below for cooking procedure)
Ingredients:6 pieces ripe saba banana
1/2 cup light brown sugar
cooking oil for frying
bamboo food skewers
Over medium / low heat
Fry the banana until lightly change color
Turn it over every time to prevent burning
Fry them with the brown sugar
Until they are covered with the
sticky(caramelized)brown sugar
Fry until golden brown color
