Yakisoba is a Japanese stir-fry noodles dish, it is made with wheat noodles adding meat, seafoods and vegetables(you can add your choice of ingredients to make it your own version style).season and flavored with Yakisoba sauce(light sweet savory sauce) you can make homemade yakisoba sauce, just mix together soy sauce, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce and honey or sugar. It is very simple and easy to prepare because Yakisoba noodles are steamed and packaged so they're ready for easy and quick cooking.
Japanese Yakisoba Noodles 3 packs Yakisoba Noodles
(150grams X 3=450grms)
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/4 of 1 medium carrot (cut into strips)
2 green pepper (cut into strips)
5 pieces shiitake mushrooms
(cut in squares or into strips)
100 grams thinly sliced pork
2 cups shredded cabbages
(homemade Yakisoba sauce)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
