1 cup(cut into strips)bamboo shoot
3 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp minced young onion
salt and pepper for seasoning
Sauce;
1/2 cup soup stocks(dissolved)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sake
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp spicy bean paste(tobanan)
