This is my own version of Pumpkin Cheesecake made of my homemade fresh pumpkin puree,it makes this cake rich in taste and creamy delicious flavor...
Ingredients:
Crust:
1 1/2 cups honey graham crackers crumbs
3 to 5 tbsp melted butter
Filling:
1 cup fresh pumpkin puree
400 grams cream cheese
3 large eggs
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp all spice
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

"Cabbage Rolls"
Ingredients:
300 grams ground pork
cabbage leaves (half cooked boiled)
mushroom
carrot
onion,musroom,carrot (finely minced)
potato,carrot,broccoli (optional)
japanese kampyo or dried gourd(optional)
bacon
2 raw eggs
ground black pepper
salt,nutmeg,bay leaves
2 cubes soup stock
1 can cut tomatoes or tomato sauce

"Dinuguan Style Recipe" (using squid ink paste"
Dinuguan is one of popular and Filipino favorite food dish made of pork simmered in gravy sauce(pork blood) with vinegar and some spices,but since theres no edible pork blood to be found here in Tokyo (besides my family never eat pok blood) I tried to cook Dinuguan Style using squid ink paste instead of pork blood,for me this is the best substitute for it, and the result is tasty and delicious Dinuguan Style recipe...
Ingredients:
500 grams pork
300 grams pork intestine (boiled)
chopped onion
minced garlic
banana pepper
ground black pepper
salt
1/2 vinegar
1 tbsp cooking oil
fish sauce or patis
1/2 cup squid ink paste
water
heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat,saute garlic
and onion,add diced meat and boiled pork intestine
and stir fry for 3 to 5 minutes, cover and simmer for
about 1 minute.
add salt and pepper or desired spices,stir,add water
and vinegar bring to a boil without stirring, cover and
and simmer until meats are tender..
add 1/2 cup squid ink paste stir to disolve ,add long
green chillies or banana pepper..

"Puto Ube" (steamed rice cake)
Puto is one of the Filipino popular snack / merienda,there are many variations of puto recipe, today today I made Puto Ube with real and natural purple yam flavor, the result is fluffy steamed rice muffins,serve it hot with cheese, butter or freshly grated coconut will bring out Puto Ube more tasty and delicious...
Ingredients:
2 cups rice flour
1 cup grated ube (purple yam)
2 raw eggs
1 cup granulated white sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cups fresh milk
2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp salt
purple food color
mix all dry ingredients together add grated ube (be sure
to be well blended)add fresh milk,eggs and melted butter
stir until smooth. Fill muffin pans for about 2/3 with mixture.
Steam for 20 minutes or until done.Serve with cheese,butter
or freshly grated coonut...
