'BULUSOK' (halo halo sa gata)

Filipino Cooking in Japan;- Bulusok Ginataan or halo halo sa gata is traditional snack dessert from my Province of San Miguel Bulacan, maybe many people never heard this type of Ginataan named BULUSOK made from fresh coconut milk (from fresh grated coconut) no need to cook the coconut milk so fresh coconut milk recommended, just cook or boiled all the ingredients such as kamote (sweet potato) gabi (taro)saba banana and glutinous rice (malagkit na bigas)but if you have pinipig (pounded rice) no need to cook the pinipig, this ginataan is very simple and easy but promise that you enjoy the delightful yummy delicious taste, give a try and Enjoy!

"INangit"(Filipino Kakanin)
Nette Cooking-OishiSarap Channel! - Inangit is another traditional Filipino delicacy dessert made with glutinous rice, coconut milk and salt, it is similar to suman malagkit except it wasn't wrapped in banana leaves, it is best to serve the old fashioned way with sugar or paired with a cup of hot chocolate or with ginataang bilo bilo.

2 cups glutinous rice
2 cups coconut milk(gata)
1 cup pandan water
1/4 tsp salt
banana leaves
Inangit served with old style itself
with sugar or cup of hot chocolate

"Hamburger Steak"#2(Japanese Style)
Nette Cooking-OishiSarap Channel!, Japanese Hamburger Steak is very popular and favorite in Japan, they loved to eat this soft and juicy delicious hamburger dish especially by children. You can find a lot of restaurants which they have their own hamburger Steak specialties eaten with choice of sauce itself such as tomato, sweet and sour, demi grace sauce and more.

500 grams ground beef
1 cup finely minced onion
2 raw eggs
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp fresh milk
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
cooking oil
"Hamburger Sauce";
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp red wine
1 tbsp sugar
salt / pepper
