Filipino Cooking in Japan;- Bulusok Ginataan or halo halo sa gata is traditional snack dessert from my Province of San Miguel Bulacan, maybe many people never heard this type of Ginataan named BULUSOK made from fresh coconut milk (from fresh grated coconut) no need to cook the coconut milk so fresh coconut milk recommended, just cook or boiled all the ingredients such as kamote (sweet potato) gabi (taro)saba banana and glutinous rice (malagkit na bigas)but if you have pinipig (pounded rice) no need to cook the pinipig, this ginataan is very simple and easy but promise that you enjoy the delightful yummy delicious taste, give a try and Enjoy!
