Filipino Cooking in Japan; Ginataang Bilo Bilo is another Pinoy very popular and favorite dessert, this sweet dessert is made of glutinous rice balls cooked in coconut milk and sugar, adding your choice of ingredients such as saba banana, and so on...Today I made my own version to make it more yummy and colorful Ginataang Bilo Bilo recipe, please watch the video and learn how to make this delightful yummy sweet Filipino dessert, ENJOY! 250 grams glutinous rice flour
3 cans coconut milk
3 to 5 cups water or more
1 large kamote(sweet potato)
(cut into cubes)
5 pieces sweetened saba banana
1 cup sweetened langka(jackfruit)
(cut into strips)
2 cups boiled mini tapioca pearl
1 cup boiled purple sweet potato
(cut into cubes)
2 to 3 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 piece pandan leaf(tie into knot)
pandan flavoring essense
(I used syrup from sweetened langka in can)

Until dough absorbed colors evenly
Then form into marble size balls
Boil coconut milk, water and pandan leaf
Add sweet cubed sweet potato and sugar
After 2 minutes add saba banana and jack fruit
Then form into marble size balls

After 2 minutes add saba banana and jack fruit
Stirring continuously until sauce thickened
remove the pandan leaf
You can add corn starch(dissolved in water)
