2 medium sayote
3 stalks spinach(cut for about 3cm)
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 cup onion chopped
1 cup tomatoes chopped
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp salt or 1 tbsp patis(fish sauce)
1 tbsp cooking oil
coated in oil
season with pepper and salt or patis
Cover and simmer for 1 minute
Add canned mackerel
Add 1 cup water, cover and simmer
