Kilawin Tuna recipe

Ingredients:
300 grams tuna(maguro sashimi)
5 tbsp vinegar(soaked fish in 3 tbsp)
Kilawin:
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp finely minced ginger
1/2 cup finely minced onion
salt / ground black pepper
red chili pepper (labuyo)
scallions
Strain and drained
Combine all ingredients
Chilled and serve cold
