Egg Pie recipe

Ingredients:
Egg Pie crust:
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
200 grams unsalted cold butter
(cut into cubes)
1 tbsp granulated white sugar
3 to 5 tbsp cold water
pinch of salt
Filling:
4 egg yolks
3 egg whites
1 egg white
2 cups evaporated milk
1 cup granulated white sugar
1 1/2 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp lemon zest
1/4 cup water
