Ingredients:
Filling:
1 1/2 cups ripe cubed mangoes
1 1/2 cups yellow cubed peaches in can
3 - 5 tbsp white sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp corn starch (dissolved in 1 tbsp water)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Crust:
2 cups all purpose flour
50 grams chilled unsalted butter
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp sugar
3 - 5 tbsp cold water

500 grams pork cut into small pieces
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 cup minced onion
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1-2 tbsp brown sugar
2 pcs. bay leaves
ground black pepper
salt
star anise
1 tbsp cornstarch (dissolved in water)
1 tbsp cooking oil
water
grated cheese / salted eggs

Ingredients:
150 grams canned sardines in tomato sauce
1 medium ampalaya (bitter gourd)
(sliced and soak in salt water)
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 cup onion (chopped)
1/2 cup tomatoes (chopped)
ground black pepper
salt
1 cup water
1 tbsp cooking oil
Heat oil in the cooking pan
Saute garlic onion and tomatoes
Add sardines season with salt and pepper
Keep stirring for few seconds
Add water and bring to a boil
For 2 to 3 minutes
Taste and correct seasoning
Add bitter melon, cover and cook
for 2 minutes,turn off the heat
be careful not to overcook the vegetable
