Croquettes(menudo flavored koroke) Croquettes or Japanese koroke is made of mashed potatoes, ground meat or vegetables that shaped in round or oblong patties covered with flour, dip in beaten eggs and finally covered with bread crumbs, cooked and deep fried in cooking oil until golden brown and crispy. There are different versions and flavored such as curry, seafoods and so on, Today I made and cooked this Koroke recipe with my own Filipino Menudo flavored, I cooked menudo giniling(ground pork menudo) then combined with mashed potatoes, yeah! the results brings more delicious flavored in this Croquettes or Koroke recipe, Give a try and ENJOY!

500 grams ground pork
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 cup minced onions
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 medium bell pepper(cut into strips)
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 pieces bay leaves
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

3 large potatoes (cut and boiled)
2 raw eggs
1 cup flour
150 grams bread crumbs(panko)
