Filipino Cooking in Japan;= Kutchinta is one of very popular and favorite Filipino rice cake it is a redish/brown color type of dessert made with rice flour, brown sugar and lye water.Today I used the mixture of glutinous rice flour and rice flour for sticky Kutchinta or Malagkit Kutchinta and same way served with fresh grated coconut on top..

1/2 cup rice flour
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 tsp anato powder
(disoved in 2 tbsps hot water)
1 tsp lye water
melted butter for rubbing the molds
