"Cabbage Rolls"

OishiSarap Channel!; Roll cabbage is a popular and favorite dish, it is made with cabbage leaves stuffed with seasoned ground pork and vegetables mixture and simmered in low/medium heat in canned cut tomatoes or tomato sauce as tomato base sauce itself, give a try and enjoy the yummy / delicious of this healthy vegetable dish recipe
                                                     Roll Cabbage recippe

                                                           Ingredients:
                                         1 head large cabbage
                                         500 grams ground pork
                                         10 pieces sliced bacon
                                         1 cup minced onion
                                         1 cup carrot minced
                                         1 cup minced mushrooms
                                         1 medium carrot cut in squares
                                         2 medium potatoes cut in squares
                                         1 head broccoli
                                         2 cubes soup stocks
                                         1/2 tsp ground black pepper
                                         1 tsp salt for filling(1 tsp for simmering)
                                         2 pieces bay leaves
                                         2 cups canned cut tomatoes
                                         1 cup water
                                           Japanese Kamyo for tying
                                        (Japanese kampyo is a dried gourd strips
                                          can be use as edible ties as decoration
                                          for many different Japanese foods)

                                         Lightly blanch cabbage leaves
                                         in boiling water
                                          Season ground pork with salt and pepper
                                          Add all finely minced vegetables mix well
                                          Then add 2 eggs mix all the ingredients

"Smoked Salmon Marinated"


OishiSarap Channel! I learned how to make this salad type dish from my Japanese friends and this is one of my favorite, smoked salmon fish marinated with vinegar and olive oil then adding choice of vegetables,very simple quick and easy but so really tasty / delicious and healthy smoked salmon salad dish.
                                                    Smoked Salmon Marinated

                                                          Ingredients;
                                         250 grams smoked salmon
                                               (thinly sliced)
                                         5 tbsp vinegar
                                         5 tbsp olive oil
                                         1 tsp salt
                                         1/2 tsp ground black pepper
                                         1/2 cup julienne yellow bell pepper
                                         1/2 cup julienne red bell pepper
                                         1 large julienne onion
                                         1 medium julienne carrot
                                           minced parsley for garnishing
                                         2 tbsp scallions sliced

                                         In a bowl combine vinegar and olive oil
                                         Add pepper and salt, mix
                                         Add smoked salmon mix well
                                         Add all julienned vegetables
                                        Mix well until covered with dressing
                                         Add scallions mix evenly
                                         Transfer to a salad bowl
                                         Garnish with finely minced parsley

Ginisang Repolyo at Giniling

This is another quick and easy vegetable recipe, very simple but yummy and healthy for just only few ingredients,Today I cooked the cabbage with ground pork and tofu, but ou can use your choice of beef or chicken, shrimps or even canned goods such as sardines, corned beef or squid

                                                           Ingredients:
                                         1 small head cabbage (shredded / chopped)
                                         200 grams ground pork
                                         1 cup grilled or fried tofu
                                         1/2 cup dried shrimps
                                         1 tbsp garlic
                                         1 cup onion chopped
                                         1 cup tomatoes chopped
                                         2 tbsp soy sauce
                                         1/2 tsp ground black pepper
                                         1 tsp salt
                                         1/2 cup water
                                         1 tbsp cooking oil

"Mabo Tofu" (Japanese Style)

OishiSarap Channel! Mapo Tofu is a popular Chinese dish, in Japan it is called Mabo Tofu is what I had learned from Japanese recipes, delicious Mabo Tofu is very simple and easy to prepare if you try this Mabo Tofu sauce mix Japanese style cooking.

                                                               Ingredients;
                                         2 pcks soft tofu 350grams x 2
                                         250 grams ground pork
                                         1 tbsp minced garlic
                                         1/2 cup long green onion (minced)
                                         1/2 cup mushroom (cut into small pieces)
                                         1/2 cup green bell pepper ( "    "       ")
                                               ground black pepper
                                               salt
                                         3 cups water
                                         1 tbsp corn starch (dissolved in 2tbsp water)
                                         1 pck Mabo Tofu sauce Mix

Banana Turon (turon na saging)

OishiSarap Channel! here's another delicious treat snack / merienda while staying at home with our family, Turon na Saging is typically Filipino's very popular and favorite snack, this sweet and crunchy turon made of ripe saba banana, sweetened langka (jack fruit) rolled in brown sugar and wrapped in lumpia (spring roll) wrapper, give a try and ENJOY!

"Champorado (chocolate rice porridge with coconut milk)

OishiSarap Channel!Champorado is another traditional Filipino's favorite breakfast or snack/merienda,it is a type of sweet chocolate porridge made of cocoa powder,sugar and topped with milk cream, today i cooked this Champorado with coconut milk and the result more rich in flavor, creamy and delicious taste, yeah! it's great in taste, let's give a try and ENJOY!
                                                  Champorado sa Gata recipe

                                                           Igredients;
                                          1 cup glutinous rice (malagkit bigas)
                                          2 tbsp cocoa powder
                                          1 cup sugar
                                          1 can gata
                                          5 cups water or more
                                            top with choice of toppings;
                                            evap milk
                                            powdered milk
                                            milk cream
                                         In a cooking pot
                                         combine water and gata (coconut milk)
                                         bring to a boil, add glutinous rice
                                         cook the rice until it becomes porridge
                                         In a mixing bowl, combine and mix
                                          cocoa powder and sugar
                                         add cocoa and sugar mixture
                                         stir continuously until  dissolved
                                         turn off the heat and let stand for few minutes
                                         its makes perfect thickens choco porridge
                                          top with evaporated milk or cream
