Mapo Toufu recipe

Ingrdients:
350 grams tofu (bean curd)
150 grams ground pork
1/2 cup shiitake mushrooms
(cut into small bits)
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 tbsp toubanjian (chili bean paste)
1 tbsp teimenjian (sweet bean paste)
1 tbsp Japanese sake
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp granulated soup stock
(Chinese style soup base = Chuka Aji)
2 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 cups water
scallions (optional)
