"Chicken and Pork Adobo" (with hard boiled eggs and patatas)

Adobo is a classic Filipino dish that braises the pork or meat in flavor of ground black pepper, salt, rub with crushed garlic, soy sauce and vinegar simmered until cooked and tender, the result is delicious and tasty savory flavors.
                                                         Chicken and Pork Adobo
                                                  with patatas and hard boiled eggs

                                                                 Ingredients:
                                         1 kilo pork and chicken (mixed)
                                         3 medium size potatoes (cut in squares)
                                         4 - 5 tbsp soy sauce
                                         1/2 cup vinegar
                                         1/2 tsp ground black pepper
                                         1/2 tsp salt
                                         1 head garlic (crushed)
                                         2 pieces bay leaves
                                            water
