"Leche Flan"

                                Leche Flan is a popular creamy and delicious Filipino dessert...
                               10 eggs
                               1 can evaporated milk
                               1 can condensed milk
                               2 cups fresh milk
                               2 cups sugar
                               1 cup sugar (for syrup)          

"Ginataang Dahon Ng Gabi"(taro leaves)

                Ginataang dahon ng gabi or laing(taro leaves)cooked with coconut milk is a popular, tasty            
                 and delicious dish of Bicol Region...
                                 1 packed dried taro leaves
                                 2 cans coconut milk
                                 3 tbbsp bagoong alamang
                                 1 packed dried shrimps
                                 3 long chillies
                                 1 piece hot chilli or siling labuyo
                                 1 tbsp minced garlic
                                 1/2 knob of ginger
                                 1/2 cup chopped onion
                                 dried fish(daing) or any kind fish fried or daing
                                water,cooking oil,salt

"Halayang Ube" (sweet purple yam)

Halayang Ube is a type of Philippines dessert made of purple yam mixed with coconut milk,condensed milk and sugar,most of the Filipinos preparing this delicious yummy dessert commonly in any occasions such as town fiestas,Christmas,new year and many more..
                 1 kilo of ube(purple yam)
                 1/2 kilo of gabi (taro)
                 2 cans coconut milk
                 1 can condensed milk
                 2 1/2 cups sugar
                 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

"Suman Malagkit"

Suman malagkit is a popular Filipino snack/merienda made from glutinous or sticky rice (malagkit)
cooked in coconut milk and wrapped in banana leaves...
             3 cups glutinous rice(malagkit na bigas)
             1 can coconut milk
             1/2 tsp salt
             banana leaves
             sugar,roasted ground sesame seeds

"Chicken Relleno"(stuffed roast chicken)

                  1 whole chicken
                  200 grams ground pork
                  1/2 cup fresh ham (minced)
                  1/2 cup chorizo or salami (finely minced)
                  1/2 cup sweet pickles (relish)
                  1/4 cup carrots (finely minced)
                  1/4 cup red bell pepper(minced)
                  1/4 cup yellow bell pepper (minced)
                  1/4 cup minced onion
                  2 tbsp minced garlic
                  1/4 cup raisins
                  1/2 cup grated cheese
                   3 hard boiled eggs
                   olives, salt, ground black pepper for seasoning
                   soysauce, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, ground black pepper

"Kilawin Puso Ng Saging" (Banana Blossom)

               1 banana blossoms (shredded)
               2 tbsp minced garlic
               1/2 cup chopped onion
               1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
               2 hot chillies or siling labuyo
               2 medium size squid
               1/4 cup vinigar
                salt,ground black pepper and fish sauce(patis) for seasoning
               cooking oil  for sauteeing
               100 grams glass noodles (sotanghon) cut and soaked in water
