"Kilawin Puso Ng Saging" (Banana Blossom)

               1 banana blossoms (shredded)
               2 tbsp minced garlic
               1/2 cup chopped onion
               1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
               2 hot chillies or siling labuyo
               2 medium size squid
               1/4 cup vinigar
                salt,ground black pepper and fish sauce(patis) for seasoning
               cooking oil  for sauteeing
               100 grams glass noodles (sotanghon) cut and soaked in water
