"Bibingkang Malagkit" (with langka)

Bibingkang Malagkit = A Filipino traditional dessert made of glutinous rice and brown sugar ) optionally I made my own version by adding langka or jack fruit) then topped with sweet and creamy coconut topping...
                                            Bibingkang Malagkit (with jackfruit)
                                  (please watch video below for procedure)
                                          For topping:
                                          2 cups thick coconut milk (kakang gata)
                                          2 cups dark brown sugar
                                          For bibingkang malagkit (biko type)
                                          3 cups glutinous rice
                                          4 cups coconut milk
                                          1 cup water
                                          1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
                                          1 cup langka or jack fruit
                                             (cut into small pieces)
