                                           Homemade Pastry Crust (double crust pastry)
                                      (please watch video below for procedure)
                                                            Ingredients;
                                           2 1/2 all purpose flour
                                           200 grams cold unsalted butter
                                           6 - 8 tbsps ice cold water
                                           2 tbsps granulated sugar
                                           1/4 tsp salt








                                           Form the dough into a ball








                                            trim off the excess edges
                                           use this process for single pastry crust
