"Sinigang na Ulo ng Isda sa Miso"

Filipino Cooking in Japan; Sininigang na ulo ng isda sa Miso is another Flipino sour soup dish consisting of Japanese Tai fish heads (red seabream fish) and vegetables cooked and simmered with sour tamarind soup base broth.There are many variations of Sinigang dish such as meat, shrimps , fish and vegetables..
                                                       
Sinigang na Ulo ng Isda sa Miso

                                                                  Ingredients;
                                           5 pieces Japanese Tai fish heads(red seabreams)
                                           3 cloves garlic crushed
                                           1 cup onion chopped
                                           1 cup tomatoes diced
                                           2 tbsp miso paste
                                              ground black pepper and salt
                                           2 cups cut in squares  radish(daikon)
                                           2 egg plants sliced
                                           2 stalks pechay or bok choy
                                           3 cups water 
                                           1 tbsp cooking oil
