"Pinakbet Ilocano"

Nette Cooking-OishiSarap Channel!; Yes! I learned this Pinakbet recipe from my Lola(grand mother) when I was a child and we visited the province of Northern Luzon Philippines, the Ilocos region from where this dish originated. This Pinakbet is a mixed of vegetables (some people add pork or shrimps) today I cooked this with fried fish( fried saba mackerel fish)and stew with bagoong isda(anchovy paste) instead of alamang which is use in Pakbet Tagalog.
