"Pininyahang Manok"

Pininyahang Manok is another Filipino's favorite chicken recipe,there are different versions of cooking this recipe, chicken marinated in pineapple juice and commonly cooked with milk or coconut milk, but this time I just simply cooked using red fresh tomatoes and the result is mild and simple delicious taste...

                                        1 whole chicken ( 800 grams -- 1 kilo)
                                        1 1/2 cups sliced pineapple
                                           red and yellow bell pepper
                                        1 medium size carrot
                                           minced garlic
                                           chopped onion
                                           sliced tomatoes
                                           ground black pepper
                                           bay leaves
                                          soup stock
                                         fish sauce or patis
                                         water // cooking oil
