"Chicken Porridge"

This is my own version how to cook simple and easy rice porridge,a healthy breakfast especially during winter time.Porridge also is best to be eaten on time when losing appetite or not feeling well,and good for a perfect diet and weight loss...
                                                      Chicken Porridge recipe
                                         1 1/2 cups rice
                                         150 grams chicken breast
                                         1/2 cup carrots cut into strips
                                         1//2 cup Japanese shiitake mushrooms
                                                       (cut into small pieces)
                                             2 cubes soup stock
                                         Wash the rice and let stand in water
                                          for about 30 minutes
                                         After 30 minutes bring rice to a boil
                                          Add the pieces of chicken
                                          also add salt and soup stock
                                         Cook for about 15 minutes
                                          After 15 minutes add carrots and mushrooms
                                          cook stirring occasionally to prevent
                                          sticking to the bottom of the cooking pot
                                          cook for another 5 to 10 minutes
                                          Add spinach
                                          (the spinach continue to cook even after
                                           the heat is turned off,so it should be
                                           half cooked only when removed from heat)
                                          Taste and correct seasoning
                                         Now it:s done and ready to serve
