                                                                Ingrdients;

                                               Cheesecake crust;

                                           1 cup crumbs biscuits(Marie Biscuit)

                                           1 tbsp granulated sugar

                                           3 tbsp melted butter

                                                Filling;

                                           1 cup avocado puree(fr.4 - 5 ripe avocados)

                                           400 grams cream cheese (R.T)

                                           2 large eggs

                                           1 cup granulated sugar

                                           1/2 cup all purpose cream

                                           1/2 cup fresh milk

                                           1 tsp vanilla extract

                                           1/4 tsp salt

                                           1 tbsp lemon juice

                                           1 tbsp lemon zest(from 1 lemon)

                                             pandan favoring and coloring essence 

                                               Topping;

                                           12 grams powdered gelatin

                                           1/4 cup avocado puree

                                           1/4 cup fresh milk

                                              2 tbsp granulated sugar

                                                drops of vanilla extract

                                                drops of pandan coloring essence
