BOPIS is another Filipino's favorite food dish with a combination of pork lungs, pork heart and liver cooked and simmered with vinegar hot chili peppers (siling labuyo) ginger and some other spices..This spicy dish mostly served as an appetizerfor for an alcoholic drinks such as beers and liquors

                               500 grams pork lungs (boiled and finely chopped)
                               500 grams pork heart (boiled and finely chopped)
                               300 grams pork liver (cut into small cubes)
                                   2 tbsps minced garlic
                                1/2 cup minced onions
                                1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
                                   1 medium size carrot (cut into small cubes)
                                   1 medium size bell pepper
                                   3 pieces hot chili peppers (siling labuyo)
                                   2 dried bay leaves
                                      ground black pepper
                                1/2 cup vinegar
                                      water / cooking oil

. Today I cooked spicy BOPIZ with a little sauce and served with steamed white rice for dinner...
