1 cup rice flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup granulated sugar
70 grams softened butter (R.T)
3 raw eggs
1 cup coconut milk
5 tbsp fresh milk
fresh grated coconut
butter or margarine
stir and set aside...
gradually add sugar and continue beating
beat to blend thoroughly
bake 15 minutes in preheated oven (375 F)
eggs on top of cake and sprinkle with grated
cheese, return cake to oven and bake for another
15 to 20 minutes...
