1 package longanisa (6 pieces)
3 cups cooked white rice
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp butter
ground black pepper
pour about 1/2 cup of water
boil longanisa sausages
drain water and add little oil and cook
longanisa until golden brown.
In the same cooking pan add butter
fry garlic until golden brown
lower the heat to prevent burning
until rice has colored slightly
Heat 2-3 tbsp oil in a pan, add eggs
add little salt and pepper
Serve Longsilog breakfast with
hot chocolate drink, coffee or tea!
