"Potato Croquettes"

Potato Croquettes (Japanese Korokke) it is a deep fried dish made ith a combination of mashed potatoes, mixed ground beef and pork and some spices, you can also add choice of vegetables, shrimps, fish, cheese or curry flavor Korokke.It is usually form into round or oval / oblong shape and fry korokke until golden brown, so simple and easy to prepare, please give a try this crispy, delicious and healthy recipe, ENJOY!
                                                        Potato Croquettes recipe
                              (please watch the video below for cooking procedure)
                                         500 grams potatoes
                                              (peeled and cut into chunks)
                                         200 grams mixed ground beef and pork
                                              (aibiki niku)
                                            1 cup minced onion
                                            1 small carrot (cut into small cubes)
                                            2 raw eggs
                                               ground black pepper
                                            1 tbsp milk
                                               bread crumbs
                                               cooking oil
                                         Add 1 tsp salt to the boiling water
                                         and boil the potatoes until done
                                         When already done, heat again for
                                          a few seconds to remove excess water
                                         mash the boiled potatoes, set aside..
                                         Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a cooking pan
                                         Saute onion and mixed ground meat
                                         Season with pepper and salt
                                         Stir until change color
                                         Add carrots and continue stirring until cooked
                                          Add sauteed meat to the mashed potatoes
                                         Mixed together until well blended
                                          Transfer to a food tray or plate
                                          Wrap with a plastic wrap
                                          Refrigerate or about 30 minutes to 1 hr.
                                         Cut the Korekke mixture as desired
                                         Form into round or oval/ oblong shape
                                         Cover each croquettes with flour
                                         dip into beaten eggs
                                         Cover with bread crumbs
                                         (Sure to be coated completely with bread crumbs)
                                          Fry croquettes(korokke) until golden brown
                                         Drain the excess oil
                                         Now it's ready to serve
