Lumpiang Prito(shanghai) (please watch video below for cooking procedure)
500 grams ground pork
1 cup finely minced onion
1 medium carrot(finely minced)
5 pieces shitake mushrooms(finely minced)
1 cup celery (finely minced)
1/2 cup paprika red pepper
2 medium eggs (beaten)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
20 pieces lumpia wrappers
cooking oil for frying
Dipping sauce for Lumia;
sweet chili sauce, garlic/vinegar w/ labuyo
Beat the eggs and mix together to the meat
mixture until well combined
