Pork and Chicken PinatisanIngredients:
700 grams pork leg(or pork with ribs)
500 grams chicken with ribs or chicken thighs
1 head garlic minced
1 cup chopped onions
2 to 3 tbsp patis(fish sauce)
ground black pepper
whole pepper corn
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tsp salt
2 pieces dried bay leaf
2 slices ginger(optional)
water
Turn off the heat, cover and let stand for
5 to 10 minutes before serving
